Augustus Whitt started this operation in 2016 with 2 cows and 2 pigs on Happy Jack Road outside Cheyenne, Wyoming. He's now outnumbered by daughters and cattle on 3,000 acres in Lost Springs — population 6 — which is how the ranch got its name. All of it done the old-fashioned way, on horseback. The sparkly beanie feels right for a ranch run mostly by women who don't shy away from hard work or a little shine. One size fits most.
